Recipe for 1 cup (about 3 bowls of rice):
- Rinse thoroughly with water.
- Boil rice for at least 20 minutes until fully cooked (the color changes).
- Put rice in pan, heat until dry, and then add recipes to serve.
You could also mix Konnyaku rice with other types of rice for taste with the following recommended ratio of Konnyaku rice to White/Red/Brown rice:
- 3:1 → 75 gr : 25 gr
- 1:1 → 50 gr : 50 gr (recommended)
- 1:3 → 25 gr : 75 gr
