Product Description
Shirataki noodles have been heralded as Miracle Noodles because they’re essentially calorie-free, no digestible carbs and rich in dietary fiber.
Shirataki noodles are thin, translucent, gelatinous traditional Japanese noodles made from the konjac yam (devil’s tongue yam or elephant yam).[1]
Miracle Shirataki noodles are made of a highly viscous and soluble fiber konjac yam that moves through your digestive system slowly and helping you to feel full.
Largely composed of water (97%) and glucomannan (3%), a water-soluble dietary fiber, they are very low in digestible carbohydrates and calories, and have little flavor of their own.[2][3][4]
Fun fact: The word “shirataki” means white waterfall, referring to the appearance of these noodles.
